Belgian Lambic

About This Style

The Belgian Lambic is synonymous with a combination of wheat to bring out the freshness and tartness of these light-bodied fermented ales. The exceptional taste, with very little bitterness or hop flavor, is thanks to the combination of the yeast utilized along with the bacteria and barrels during the fermentation process. Before serving, Lambics are aged to mellow their tartness.
