Biere de Champagne

About This Style

Belgian Bière de Champagne is a delicate brew, ranging from very pale to dark hues, that is high in alcohol and carbonation levels. This unique offering endures a long aging process and is frequently cave-aged in France’s Champagne region. The Bière de Champagne undergoes a process to remove the yeast from the bottle making it a top-shelf crossover beer. This classic brew is presented in 750ml champagne-style corked and caged bottles.
