About This Style

The Belgian Biere de Garde features a moderate to medium body presented in a range of colors from light brown to golden or deep copper. Tasters will enjoy the aroma of toasted malt along with a slight malt sweetness and a medium hop bitterness. The flavors and essence of Noble Hops and fruity flavors are low to medium. While a chill haze is okay, the presence of diacetyl should not be apparent.
