American IPA

About This Style

The American IPA is available in colors from very pale to a reddish amber. Traditionally the American IPA is more robust and flavorful than the English IPA. Brewers typically use American hops containing an herbal or citrus essence. This moderate to medium-bodied brew features a high bitterness and a good balance of malt.
