Pale Ale

Pale Ales are considered to be classic beers. These particular brews tend to be produced with additional esters and diacetyl to add flavors and aromas to the traditionally crisp, clear beer. While a pale ale is less “hoppy” than an IPA, the beer is known for its use of hops to develop moderate malt to hop balance.
