American Red Ale

About This Style

American Red Ale has the more robust intensity of a darker ale with a crisp hoppy finish of a blonde ale. American Red Ales rely on roasted malts to achieve the color, body and aroma. The result is a balanced beer with a light fruitiness.

Food Pairing Notes: Meat (Beef, Poultry, Fish), Cheese (sharp; Blue, Cheddar)
