About This Style

English-Style Bitters are light-bodied, mild brews found in hues from gold to copper. Known for low carbonation and moderate to aggressive hop bitterness, the alcohol content is low. English-Style Bitters mainly have a fruity aroma and flavor. Diacetyl is sometimes present as well.
