Scotch Ale

Scotch Ale

About This Style

Scotch Ale is a deep copper to brown colored brew. Produced through a long boil process to caramelize the wort, the end result is a sweeter, fuller-bodied beer with a malty caramel and roasted malt flavor. Scotch Ale is higher in alcohol content and has a low bitterness.
