Witbier

About This Style

Witbier is a Belgian style wheat beer with a pale murky appearance as a result of being unfiltered and the large percentage of wheat that is used in the brewing process. That taste is flavored with orange peels and spices such as coriander. Consumers note the unique taste and flavor comes from the combination of wheat and the intense level of carbonation. Often served with a lemon.
