About This Style

Belgian-Style Flanders are copper to very dark in color offerings. This ale is balanced due to lactic sourness and acetic acid. Even though the beer many not be aged in barrels, an oak or wood-like flavor can be present. Fruit ester cherry-like aromas may be present with underlying hints of raisins, plums, figs and prunes.
