American Pale Lager / American All Malt Lager

About This Style

An American All-Malt Lager (also known as an American Pale Lager) is a pale, carbonated beer that does not use any rice or corn cereal adjuncts in the brewing process. Because of this, the malt concentration is much higher and quite noticeable. There is a distinct bitterness as well.

Food Pairing Notes: Pork, Poultry, Fish, Shellfish, Barbecue, Italian, Earthy Cheeses (Camembert, Fontina)
