
The California Common or “Steam Beer” is available in a light copper to medium amber. This special beer uses yeast that ferment quicker in warmer temperatures due to the lack of refrigeration available when it was first brewed. The result is a medium-bodied beer with a malty tone and mild flavor. Hop bitterness can be aggressive.
